(90-120 minutes) In-person home visit: $250
Additional fee for multiples: $50/ baby
- In-home breastfeeding evaluation
- Infant assessment and weight
- Asssesment of maternal health history
- Pump assistance and flange fitting (if requested)
- Bottle education (if requested)
- Individualized goal-directed care plan
- Confidence, tools, and professional answers for all of your concerns
- Access to an exclusive folder of curated client resources

Exclusively Pumping or Older Baby Consult

What is included:
(60-90 minutes) In-person $200; Virtual $175
Additional fee for multiples: $50/ baby **These consults do not include a breastfeeding evaluation
- Observation of a pumping session (if needed)
- Flange sizing and creation of a pumping plan
- Asssesment of maternal health history
- Individualized goal-directed care plan
- Confidence, tools, and professional answers for all of your concerns
- Access to an exclusive folder of curated client resources
- May be used to discuss returning to work, starting solids, or baby-led weaning

The pharmacologic properties of the medication(s) and available evidence-based information will be reviewed to assess and provide information needed to make the decision on whether the medication(s) should be used during pregnancy and/or lactation. Additionally, clinical advice and recommendations such as possible alternative therapies and treatment may be provided as well.
Simple Medication Consultation ($35)
Simple Medication Consultation ($35)
Best for questions regarding the treatment of one disease state (I.e. high blood pressure, pain, seasonal allergies, etc.) or the use of one to two medications. Fifteen-minute virtual consultation and brief written care plan provided.
Complex Medication Consultation ($75)
Complex Medication Consultation ($75)
Best for thorough review of multiple disease states, complex medication regimens, or recommendations prior to planned surgery or procedure. Thirty-minute virtual consultation with thorough written care plan provided. In-person option available but may require travel fee.

All lactation consults include two weeks of follow-up email support at no additional cost
All prenatal and lactation consultations include a simple medication consult. If more complex medication services are required, there will be an additional $50 fee
Sliding scale pricing may be available if you meet one of these qualifications: on WIC, Medicaid, or unemployed (please contact us prior to booking)
More Than Milk, LLC is not currently an in-network provider with any commercial insurance companies. We are able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for all lactation consultations. While reimbursement is mandated for most plans under the Affordable Care Act, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Payment with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted
